WORKSHOP CONCEPT AND INTERACTIVE TRAININGS

“Customer Negotiation Techniques” Workshop
Customer structures in six categories (cost, innovation, delivery, FSMH, after-sales focused, and unwilling to provide information) are being analyzed, as well as the points on which technology salespeople should focus.
With the customer role modeled on two detailed (problem, desired solution, and expectation from consultancy) R&D topics, salespeople are given the goal of discovering the customer in the first 20 minutes, directing the meeting, and scheduling a new meeting, and the workshop concludes with audience evaluation and feedback.
It is intended for Technology Developers, Technoparks, and TTOs.

Future Radar is a metaphor referring to a tool that helps us predict possible future trends and developments for sustainability. It is used with backcasting, which is a planning technique where you start with a desired future state and then work backwards to determine the steps needed to achieve it. It is done through a participatory group effort.
As future risks and plans become clearer according to a vision definition targeted for at least 10 years, group presentations are made to reach a common conclusion.
